How to fix error 102:352bd962:12bc9ea3

Hi, 

I don't have any mods installed but whenever I try to open a household I get the above error message. I have tried everything I possibly could but am still getting this message. Please help

does no mods include no cc ? Is your mods folder empty except for the resource.cfg file ?

If so, would you be willing to share your save with me ?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

Hi @crinrict I have no mods and no cc, I can't even see a mods folder in my game folder. I am currently zipping my saves folder and will PM you link once uploaded.

Has this issue been addressed? After the update I moved my saves and mods out and tried to start a new save file. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game again and I still get this error. Plus some of the meshes from the expansion, game, and stuff packs aren't loading. Can you help me at all?

@mooncatrose Is that the exact number you're getting ?

Try repairing the game by right clicking on it in Origin and hit repair game.

Hi, i’ve got the same problem and I did what you said to do, it didn’t fix it. I tried to reinstall the game and I got the same message, I literally tried everything. HELP

@samsamdreamer Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, have you tried without them ?
