I created two tickets about all these problems ("don't own the game", "can't re-download the game", "missing titles from EA Play"), one 6 hours ago and one a few minutes ago, and talked to EA Support Chat about both of those tickets.
In both occasions they acknowledged an issue with XBOX Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play, which is known to the support team and are working on fixing it.
From all the posts I have read, for all of the above 3 issues, everyone that is having issues has an XGU subscription with EA Play games not working.
The update / repair / clear cache and generally EA App troubleshooting seems to not be relevant. Maybe a different thread should be created, which we can monitor for progress on the actual problem, which seems to be XGU > EA Play licensing information.

Have been unable to access or find my EA FC24 Loyalty Edition and FIFA 23 Standard Edition from my library. Theses which I have through EA Play via the PC Game Pass. FC 24 is no showing me as under the 10hr trial when I possessed the full Loyalty Edition for free with my EA Play subscription and my FIFA 23 is being shown as unable to access and to 'sign in with a different account'. Now neither am I unable to play FIFA 23 , I am also at the risk of losing my FC24 after 10 hours.

I am facing the "You don't have access error" and I own the games via the XGPU sub. Currently installed games are BF 2042, Star Wars BF2 and Jedi Survivor.

Also experiencing the "You don't have access error" when attempting to play F1 2023.
Attached the logs as requested. Cannot access ANY of my games on the app, the library shows up as empty.
Playing on PC - Windows 10 - Version 22H2
First experienced the issue today - 05/01/2024 around 9:30am

Hello, I just downloaded Jedi Survivor last night, then in the morning try to play it but I saw a lot of games that I downloaded through Xbox game pass are missing. and say that I don't have access and I just uninstall all the games manually from the folder and when I try to install them again it says there's a problem with your download.

Have the same problem as many here was playing normally until today when my games just disappeared from the library and cant access them in any way tried uninstalling ea app restarting it clearing the cache uninstalled the games and now they wont even install again owned every game from ea play coming from the pc game pass im sure im on the correct account and that the game pass is still active i have the latest version of windows and ea app it started today 5/1/2024 in the morning and here is the reporter id: 8a626594-b56c-44c1-9ee2-5ae0919886a8
