Sims 4 will not launch

Sims 4 still wont launch through Steam.

I`ve read some threads, and it seems like a fairly common issue. HAve Sims 4 and som DLC`s on Steam but the game will not launch, Getting the error message " Don`t have acccess"- I have triied all the trouble shoting tips I can find, but nothing seem to solve the issue.

First of all, thank you to anyone who can help me. I just recently got this error message after playing my SimCity 2013 game 2 hours ago. It's attached as a screenshot.

I never connected my EA account to Steam and I never bought the game from Steam or Epic. All my EA games were bought through EA (when I used to use Origin).

It's quite frustrating as the EA software keeps on showing me this error message when I just played the game 2 hours ago.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

I brought FIFA 2023 by November 2023 and transferred to FC 2024 thereby. Now both the games requires EA membership on EA App. I tried the game through downloaded file from EA official site. it shows the following attachment error. Kindly requesting you to solve this and make me access both FIFA 2023 and FC 2024. I also check order management there is no history of bill has been found. I double check that this was the same account when I brought it on November 2024.

If no purchases are shown in your billing history, it's very likely that you're logged in to a different account. You can contact EA Help Support and provide them with an invoice number which can be found in your email receipt that you should have received at the time of your purchase and they should be able to assist you in finding the correct account.

I linked my epic account and my ea account, but when I open the game on epic, it gives the error in the photo (the game appears in the library of my ea account).

I have that problem with my fc25. I bought the ultimate edition on steam a few months ago and when I start the game it shows me the "you don't have access" warning.
