I have EA Play subscription from Gamepass, but the games I used to play are now missing from my library. I also can't download new games as well. I was trying to play F1 23 and then all of a sudden I see You don't have access I tried all day to find fixes but can't, I'm playing it with a EA play subscription through Xbox Game Pass, This has been happening all day and I tried clearing the cache, restarting my pc MULTIPLE times, and to no avail.

The same here. Error that is installed on another user's account. I tried to reinstall, but the game won't download now

Getting this message trying to launch f1 23 from the Xbox app (PC).
The game does not appear in the EA app library
I also cannot download the game again in EA (getting generic download error)
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing cache from everywhere but the issue persists.

It happens to me today as well. I'm trying to play Jedi Survivor now, but It's not even in my library anymore, yesterday I was playing it, now I don't have access, this application needs to be fixed asap, it's a joke!

Unfortunately exaclty the same problem. Interesting is that I had a copy of the game on my son computer and there everything works perfectly even now, but not on my main desktop....

Same issue, EA Play through XBOX Game Pass, was playing up to a few hours ago, now the game won't start, EA App says I don't have access to it, I can't add it to my library, there 's a problem with re-downloading it.
My EA Play titles got removed too from my EA Library, only bought ones remain.
No issues with accounts in XBOX Game Pass and EA Play, no issues with the link between them.
After clearing EA Apps' cache and trying to download the game, XBOX Game Pass doesn't recognize the game as installed and asks to re-install it, which fails from the EA App.
Contacted support from their chat, they acknowledged the issue and asked to keep looking here until it's resolved.
I would suggest everyone make a copy of their saves files (C:\Users\[UserName]\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor\)
