Ok so i logged out and delete, re install and repair the app. Some ppl said theirs have been restored. Now i check it seems like DA2 is back in the Ea contents. But not sure if everything is back to normal.. T.T Yea and i notice they mark as solved, why no apology or explanation what happened? coz im DA fan if not i wouldn suppt

Mine too- Was 4 missing (the ones I bought from Steam) but theyre abck now (still hasnt tested yet, but at least app says "in library" now

RESOLVED Outage May 22, 2024. "You Don't Have Access" Error in EA app.
Hi all,
We are seeing RECOVERY of the temporary problem which started on May 22nd at 8 am UTC, which was unintentionally impacting some users, causing them to see the message *"Games have been removed from your library" or *"You don't have access" error on the EA app more frequently than expected.
Recent reports in this forum thread seem to confirm this trend. Thank you for reporting this to us!
If you continue to experience the issue, please perform an EA app App Recovery (clear cache) by following the steps here, or reboot the client or machine.

How do you own the game - I own the games on Steam.
Are you playing on a Windows PC or Mac - I'm playing on Windows PC.
If Windows, what Windows version are you using - Windows 10 64 bit
Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time) - I noticed this on 3rd of April 2024 when I logged in to the EA App.
What is the exact error that you're getting - Games are removed from my EA App library and when I launch the game through Steam, the EA App says I don't have access when I own the games on Steam.
What is the current version of your EA app - 13.202.0.5715 (83357-2e60ee9275)
When I launch the game through Steam, it says I don't have access because the EA App removed the games from my library. I bought the games as a bundle and the other games are still in my EA App library and I can play them just fine. Please fix the issue.
