How do I upload my saved Sims 4 data from PS4 to PC?

I just got a new PC im taking to college with me, that way my brothers can keep our PS4 with them at home. How do I upload my saved data onto my PC??? I own pets, vampires, and several stuff packs and will like to still use them.

@Amber_SimSim You have to buy the game and packs on PC, there is no way to share ps4 games with pc. Also, you can't cross use saves, from ps4 to PC.
