As you can see from the files I have linked my game still seems to be in 2017 electronic arts despite it being 2019, it is also not in the most recent patch update. I tried to update it on origin but there is no update showing up. Please help me I really just want to be in the latest version

You have the most current version of the game. 1.50.67.1020 is the newest version (until the 16th). And they all have the copyright date of 2017. You're golden. No worries
