How do I install The Sims 4 from a disc onto a PC Windows 10? I've searched everywhere but I can't find an answer. When I insert disc 1 into my disc drive, some steps appear on how to download it. It says:
1)Select Continue - This will install Origin-EA's gaming service.
2) Sign in - Or, create an origin account if you don't already have one.
3) Install The Sims 4
I click continue but nothing happens. I already have Origin installed and when I try to uninstall it, it doesn't work. On the back of the disc case it says: System Requirements - PC - Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. Is it because I have an old disc, or just the fact that The Sims 4 doesn't work on Windows 10?

Yes it works on Windows 10.
Try redeeming the code through Origin (Origin in the menu).

The main menu is the first screen after the loading screens that you see, it's the one where you press the first buttons to make Sims or load games.
