How do I get The sims 3 from steam onto origin

i have ts3 and 2 expansion packs on steam but i want to get them onto my origin so i can play with my other expansioins packs, please help if you know anything

You should have codes on Steam.

Simply register those on Origin and then they should show up to downlaod from there.
