How do I fix my sims open profile

So my sims new update with the open sims profile isn’t showing up  on my Sims if you don’t know what I’m talking about there two picture that I got from YouTube then there one that’s from my game. Does anyone else have this problem and knows how to fix that problem the other updates are doing great it’s just this one
