How do I download the Sims4 if I don't have the code?

I have not download my Sims4 to my Origin.. I don't have the code either.. How do I download it? This isn't fair at all. I bought the game and now I can't even play it.. So I basically bought a code for 30 bucks?? *. I should be able to play the game and download it on any computer I want. I just have the disc. Can anyone help me figure out how I can download it if it hasn't even been used yet?

Open Origin. Click Origin, Click Redeem code and enter the code you bought.

These instructions you should have received with the code.

If your issue is that you bought a DVD second hand with no code. You should return it for a refund.
