How do I download a game again?

So I bought the PC online code for Sims Pets about a year ago and it somehow got deleted from my computer. I tried multiple times to redownload it but because I'd used the product key I couldn't find a way of getting it back. I finally gave in and bought the code again but now it says that I already have Pets downloaded and won't let me redownload it... So now I can't access the Pets expansion pack at all despite paying for it twice... Any ideas?!

@jennymaeee12345  Does the pack PETS appear in your Origin account? Open Origin - right click the game icon - click show game details - click extra content.  If PETS is not in Origin you will have to contact EA customer service - link - EA customer service  The is an open public forum and account specifics can not be accessed here.
