How do I create Tattoos

Hi, Is there a tool to create Tattoos,  I have had a look under the tools section and there's a tool for patterns, is this the same tool?   I have taken a look on the exchange at the tattoos submitted by other simers and there are some may different designs, more than I have seen in Ambitions, and I would like a wider selection in my game without using that expansion pack.

@puzzlezaddict Thank your for responding to my question. I have taken a look at the link you have posted, however, the further links don't name the file to download and there are quite a number of advertisements wanting you to down load. It was just a thought but I will give it a miss. Thanks all the same for your info.
