How do I change my game specific identity for The Sims? [ Edited ]

Hello, I want to change my game specific identity for the sims because the one I currently have is really embarrassing and childish. I called and chatted with support and the only way to get this resolved is to have a mod help me. Please help me change this.

which one do you want to change ? The one on the Sims 3 or Sims 4 forums ? 

The one on the Sims 3 forums is unfortunately, not changable.

If you want the Sims 4 one changed, please contact a CM at the official Sims forum here

If you want your name on the gallery changed, than that is connected to Origin and all you need to do is change the name of your Origin account on https://www.origin.com/

the ea support directed me to this post.

I want to change my name in the sims gallery and i already changed the name in origin but in the gallery there is still my "old name".

It's not about changing my name / id in a forum. I attached a screenshot of what id i want to change.

Would be great if somebody could help me.
