How do I access Buy Mode?

I just downloaded the game and started playing. I can access build, but can not figure out how to access buy mode. Please help!

The buy mode is through the build mode its just a matter of clicking on one of the item pictures then you can click on sort by type etc and select electrical plumbing etc
