I have a radeon amd with ryzen 5.

What medium to high settings can I play with plus what radeon settings will optimize my gaming experience?

@Minai9295  Do you have a dedicated AMD graphics card, or just the chip that's integrated into your AMD processor?  And what model processor is it?  If you're not sure what hardware you have, you can run a dxdiag and attach it to a post; that will show the relevant information.
