How can I make CC work for all genders?

I tend to make a lot of LGBT+ Sims and I have a problem, a lot of the CC doesn't work if the Sim's frame is different from their sex, which makes it a bit difficult to find CC that works. I have a bunch of CC which I'd like to edit so all my Sims can have them, I've tried putting them back through the Sims 4 Studio and changing the flags but it didn't work correctly. Help??

I think that would be a better question to ask at the Sims Studio page than here.

CC is not actively supported by EA themselves.

Maybe someone else knows how to do it but until then, ask at their site. They have good support.
