Households wont load. PLEASE HELP! [ Edited ]

Hey. my households wont load. i get a never-ending loading screen. I really want to be able to fix this because I've put in a lot of time into this save. i recently copied the saves into a backup folder incase. PLEASE HELP

I tried to load various different households and same result. after like 30 minutes of loading i would just CNTRL+ALT+DELETE out of the game. 
The game was working normally then it just suddenly started. I went to visit a household to age up a toddler and it just gave me the non ending loading screen. 

I have multiple packs including one of the new kits. I just bought get famous but this was after the problem started.

i have already:
-removed and mods and cc
-done the repair option on origin
- copied save files and put them in a backup folder

also its on my brothers account not this one im using to make this post. if that matters

@AshleeHD  Please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If you still get the endless loading screen, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you can play the new save, please save your progress, quit, restart your computer, and try to reload the save.  If it doesn't work, I'd still like to see a dxdiag.  If it does, you can try copying one of your saves to the new Sims 4 folder.  Don't add any other content yet; just let me know whether that save loads properly.
