Household it won’t load past the Plumbob load screen

I followed these instructions and my origin looks normal now. However when I launch the sims if I click on a household it won’t load past the Plumbob load screen. How can I remedy this pls?

@torie454151 Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

If so, did you try removing them for testing purposes to see if it loads then ?

Don't save your game in that state.
