House items missing after travelling

I visited the gym with my sim, but on returning to my house i noticed 2 items was missing, the door to my bedroom, and the coffee machine.  Everything else is ok sofar..

i have the same problem but i remolded my house with new furniture and upon returning from the library i have no money and my whole house has been reverted to the previous version of it.
