Highly unimpressed with Origin..does it always suck like this???

I downloaded Origin to try a demo of The Sims 4 and then when I go to play it I am told I have to update the game I JUST INSTALLED. When trying to update said game what happens? It tells me it cannot update because the folder is being used for another operation. If this is the only way to play The Sims 4 if I order it...I will NOT be ordering..what a joke!

Did you try restarting your computer and try again ?
