Help!

So, I have been playing sims for nearly a year and this has never happened to me. I uninstalled sims 4 for a couple of hours. I re-installed it later.All the mods I downloaded before the reinstallation were still there, and working fine. I decided to download some more mods (hair, clothes e.t.c) but they never showed up in my game. Like they're in the mods folder. And all the mods downloaded before the reinstallation show up but not the ones I downloaded after. I'm not sure what's happening but can someone help?

@xtaehyungashi! Are you cleared cache? Also you try create new folder The Sims 4 in My Documents and move mods in new folder?? Move old folder in other place (for example on Desktop), and run the game. Also your mods match  with version game?
