Hey guys,

I need some help here, I can click the button in origin to play and that but when i get into the world and click on the family to play it will just keep on loading.. I tried restarting. Even when i go to make a new family there face would be missing or a part of my sims body.

What do i do? Please help?

Your computer may not meet the minimum requirements to play the game properly. You can try right-clicking on the game in Origin and selecting "Repair" to see if that solves your problem first. Otherwise, make sure your hardware can handle the game!
