Hi I recently bought a mac and i bought the game Sims 3 Ambitions on origin on my old computer i have the serial number and entered it to redeem the game but how do i load it to my new computer?

Simply download Origin to your new computer from this webpage: http://www.origin.com/download

Install it and launch it using the account your registered your game with. From there, you will be able to download the game you had previoulsy registered on your Origin account.
