Help with Sims 4

I have been playing Sims 4 for around 5 months or so now and its been pretty good until now. My sims task bar at the bottom has fully dissapered after a while when I play. I am not able to go into build-and-buy mode and I cant even save my game. Its happened twice today which is really sad to be seen from a game like this, because I really enjoy this game and its ruining some of my experiences with the game.

@Rose_Thornss Are you running any mods when playing the game? If so can you try disabling them to see if it makes any difference?
