Help slow internet

hello everyone,

I need a solution to my problem. I have bought Sim3 and most the stuff packs expansions and bought Sims 4 (all digital from Origin) this was back when i lived where i had high speed internet. Now i have moved to dsl about the speed of old dial up. I need to install all my games on a new PC. Is there a way i can request back up disks to be sent to me in the mail on the games I have already purchased and to receive new games i purchase on disk as well?

I do have have most my games downloaded to a pc that's on its last leg is there a way to transfer from pc to pc the games and content? without re-downloading from online?

I hope there is an answer out there for me. Thank you so much.
