Help my sims wont complete certain task

My sims wont complete certain tasks. Mainly to do with cooking, cleaning, eating. Some sims even have trouble using the toilet.

The task even gets cancelled before or even when they get to the fridge or when the pick up trash. 

I have tried removing cc, repairing the game on origin and reseting the setings and sims but nothing has worked. 

It has been like this for a few days now and i really want to fix it.

Move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix the game in Origin once more. Check if you still have this problem with new, empy created by game mods folder,

I have tried that just now. But sadly nothing has changed

If it is not mods, it looks like your game has too little RAM memory available to save all your commands for each your sim. Therefore, these commands disappear from the queue.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
