Help identifying Last Exception error [ Edited ]

Getting this error in new and old games, any ideas what it could be? I use CC and was hoping to identify which mod (if any) is causing it. It only happens when I try to use a restaurant lot.

do you have any career mods ? If so, try checking those if they're all updated or remove them if there's no update.
