Help getting the login reset email needed

I’m trying to reset my password as I’ve forgotten it and I can’t get into Sims 4 without logging in but I’m not receiving the email. I’ve checked spam (it’s not for this account) I’ve resent at least 20 times!

That link takes me to a call request, only has USA or Canada as choice of country and I’m in UK. Couldn’t add my phone number
