Help - game gone laggy - drama node??? [ Edited ]

hi everyone

game has been fine - i run all expansions bar two game packs and game is fully up to date. all custom content as far as im aware is up to date. 

the game has just started going really laggy and i got this exception error file

I have the exact same issue. Never thought TS4 can get as laggy as TS3. I definitely think it's a mod/cc causing it. I've installed the Tray Importer application to hopefully solve this issue.
