Help Please!!

Hey!!! I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix the shift-ctrl-c thingy for cheats. It doesn’t work when I type it in help!!! (I have mods/CC but it was working perfectly fine and I haven’t downloaded anything new.) I am also on PC.

This is caused by having a program running in the background that uses the same keyboard Combo. Usually a screen capture program. Can be solved by ending that program before starting the Sims or if possible change the keyboard combo it uses.
