Help! My game is unplayable!

I did the factory reset. But it still crased after 10 mins. My computer blue screened and restarted.

Please post a new DxDiag so I can check the new Bluescreen error to see if it is the same as you already experienced.

The Bluescreen errors is likely related to your graphics driver. Get DDU and use that to remove the Driver. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Get the latest driver from here (you still don't have the latest) https://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk

I downloaded the DDU but I couldn't figure out how to remove my NVIDIA driver. So I updated a couple items. I went on the NVIDIA website and downloaded the update. However my game still crashed, to the desktop.

I have include my DxDiag as well as the las t crash info.

It is pretty simple. With the Geforce card selected  click the Clean and Restart button.

I am unable to select it and do that. I can only update it and it says it is up to date!

download iobit unistaller. its a free app. from https://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduninstaller.php?b1
install. choose your NVIDIA drivers/program unistall. once its done and asks for a reboot, choose NO or later, and let iobit do its thing. choose to erase all files/registry keys left behind. after that is done, restart then install the NEW nvidia driver.

Is the geforce card not listed in the dropdown when you run DDU? Also DDU does not have an option to update the driver so where do you see that?
