Help! Game didn't work on my computer, sold it and that person can't use product

So I bought the product and installed. My computer didn't have the specs for it, so I uninstalled it.  Then I sold it, and the buyer said the code didn't work because it was already used. I'm confused...I NEVER played the game and uninstalled. I didn't copy the game etc. Why can't the code be used again?  Help!

Even if the game was never successfully played on your PC, the code was still registered to your account (you had to register it to install it, remember?), and is stuck there for life. You can try contacting EA Support and see if they can do anything for you and your customer, but as a general rule, once the game is registered, it's a done deal.
