Help... Can't Play

I installed the game with no problem, and have tried every solution I can find on the site but have had no luck!

When I go to start the game it acts like it's going to start and then just says "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Always mention what you have already tried so people trying to help you don't have to use their time on suggesting things you have already tried.

Also, you should also mention the system specifications for your computer so people know what they are working with
