Hello EA I need some serious advice or help

I deleted all my sims 3 off my laptop, due to updates needed. Sims 3 kept closing down the window. When logging in to my Origin account my sims 3 is no where to be found. I can't register my game due to loosing manual, for this. Please help

@nal1995  Download a program called gamekeyrevealer (google it). Run this on the computer you had sims 3 installed. If the key is in the registry it should be displayed. Did the game ever appear in Origin?

Hi @nal1995,

Had you registered your games in Origin already before? I guess this is the case as you are expecting to find them in your EA account.

Can you see your other games in that account? If you have more than one account, please, make sure to log in with the right one, as the games can only be registered in one account
