I'm curious... Will The Sims 4 come with a Height scale in any of it's packs or the base game? I think that is a huge element in making this game more realistic. Love to see it on the The Sims 3 as well.

No, height sliders are not in the SIms 4 and very likely (99%) won't come with any expansion.

Since every animation would need to be redone for various heights, it's just not possible to do.
