Having trouble starting Origin

I can download Origin Client, but I cannot launch it. It says I need to be connected to the internet to launch it, but I already am connected. Can anyone help? Attached is a picture of the error message

@Sesrmd  Try clearing Origin's cache:

If that doesn't work, see whether you can use your phone as a temporary hotspot, just as a test.  Knowing whether Origin can connect through the phone would help distinguish between computer and router/ISP issues.
