Having loading and sim skin issues after downloading paranormal pack.

I just downloaded the paranormal pack and now my sims have red and white checker skin with question marks and I'm waiting for 30 min or longer to load between screens. Idk if it's my computer or what but it's definitely disappointing. Is my computer glitching or is the game no longer compatible with my computer?

@wolfgirl52998  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and repair again.
