Having a hard time figuring out how to move around

I am having a hard time figuring out how to move around. I am not talking about the Sim itself. I am talking about like moving in a direction. Such as moving from side to side or rotating around so I can see the Sim better or whatever. The Sims 3 had a thing with arrows and the zoom in/out buttons where you can rotate to the right or left..up and down. But I can't find it on the Sims 4. Where can I find it? Does it even have that option anymore?

in the sims 4 while playing there is a camera icon click on that to open the menu and use the slider to zoom in/out and the rotational arrows

you can in the three dots-game options-camera and switch it to a sims 3 style camera play where you can use the  < > ,  and the arrow keys to move left,right,up,down, Z to zoom in - to zoom out or hold Z and tap - to zoom out , page up/down for floors etc
