Has anyone ever received a response from customer support?

I have been waiting for a resolution and am yet to receive any type of response for an account management question I sent weeks ago.

 

This seems really unusual for an organization that is responsible for so many games that target such a broad variety of customers?

Where is the customer support? Do they actually have it, or am I missing something here? There is a live chat option, which does not work (have attempted for days) and there is a web form, which I have submitted weeks ago and am yet to get a response and I don't really want to make an international call, just to ask what is going on.

 

I don't understand why it is so difficult to contact them, especially because it is not a free service, the games must be purchased and that must mean they have some staff funded to look after customers?

 

Could someone shed some light on the situation please?

In both ways I have received support. 
Could you try the live chat through a different browser?
Or could we help you with you issue?
