Had to uninstall game due to issues, "How do i redeem bought store content?"

I had to uninstall everything, (and im sure this has been asked before) but how do i get back the things i have bought from the sims 3 store?
For example, with my points i bought the 'Monte Vista' world. Can i get it back? How?

log into your the sims 3 account -my store account-purchase history download your store items and install them

That has work for some of the items, but not all of them.
For whatever reason 'Monte Viste' isn't there :/

emmm i don't know to be sure but try contact CS to see if they could help with the missing world no guarantee though, or do you have it on another account ? CS can asssit with merging accounts if that is the case
