HELP WONT LAUNCH NEED HELP QUICK PLEASE

Ok so i boot up sims 4 and it starts for bout 10 secs and then closes.... here is the error, Thanks!

It's a coding fault in the game that only the software engineers at The Sims Studio, EA Maxis, can fix.

As end users we should probably create a ruckus on social media including twitter, youtube and facebook until their PR department takes notice, advises the EA executive level, and then appropriate pressure gets put on the subsidiary responsible to actually fix the code.

Here's a few things you can try: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/game-wont-start/ but with this error code, it does seem like the problem many here are seeing so they might not help at all.

 

EA is looking into this and you can contact a game advisor and tell them to escalate to a tech rep. They'll be needing your MS Info and other stuff.
