It says my Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack will be launched with an external application,but its never launched. It also says it's installed, but it is no where on my computer, I think I wasted my money. I know what I did wrong, but it wont let me play or anything! HELP!

Is your computer a pc or mac? Do you have the disc version or digital download version?
