HELP SIMS 3 DRAGON VALLEY!

HELP!! im very new at sims 3 so be gentle, and i recently bought dragon valley but i cant figure out how to work it! 

Ive tried everything! and i cant work it out!  Also ive tried to 'create a persona' in the setting up part and it wont let me do it. Any ideas?

If you bought it online you should have gotten an email with a 16 digit code. If you bought the disc version you should have a 16 digit code in the case. Login to the thesims3.com site with the same login as you use for Origin. Go to the store and find Dragon Valley. redeem code. Go to your purchase history. Find Dragon Valley. Click download. The game launcher should open (or select game launcher). Dragon Valley will download to the download tab. After download completes click install. After that the world should be available at the drop down on the world selector page.
