Guys I couldn't see my characters when i tried to play. Also i can't see my household too (( What i'm gonna do?Help me ASAP!!!!!

@tugceunal  Did you try quiting without saving and restarting the game?

@tugceunal  Do you have any mods installed? If you start a new world does the issue occur? If the issue goes away then the saved world is corrupt. Try open Origin - right click the game icon in the library - click repair. Try restoring an old save - link - Sims 3 restore an old save game   If the issue is still there when you start a new world try the factory reset - Sims 3 factory reset  This will reset the game like you just installed it. If the issue is still there the core game files may be damaged and a reinstall may be in order.

Did you try deleting the files in your DCBackup folder NOT ccmerged and also the cache files? If you exit your game and delete these files then when you restart your game it will create new ones maybe this will fix the problem. Also take out any mods and cc a lot of times these cause problems.
