HELP FOR THE SIMS 3

So I bought the Sims 3 a few hours ago and since then I have been dealing with this. I honestly don’t know what to do and it’s driving me crazy. Please help me, what do I do????

@Selenafan1995  Hit Windows key-R and enter "services.msc" without quotes.  Scroll through the list to where Origin Client Service and Origin Web Helper Service are listed, and for each one, double-click, choose "Disabled" under Startup type, and click Apply to save the change.  Then try to download again.  You may need to restart your computer to get it to work.

Do you possibly know how to do it for Mac.It happened after I installed my expansion packs.

@pinkrainbow24  What error are you getting specifically?  There are several associated with Sims 3 in macOS these days.  A screenshot would be helpful: hit cmd-shift-4 and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture.  The screenshot will land on your desktop, from where you can upload it here.

 

Please also let me know which version of macOS you're running.
