So I just got sims 4 get to work but it asks for my activation code and only brings up 4 boxes when my activation code uses 5. Can anyone help me with this or tell me how to fit it in or something please? ASAP

Where are you trying to insert the serial code? Try to redeem you code using Origin. Origin registration dialog has no limits.
