Graphics is Crispy In/Out of Build Mode

I got a new computer specifically for gaming. I downloaded 
Sims 4 and the graphics quality is looking crispy.

Here are some pictures that I screenshotted from my computer:

Some parts look a bit blurry and not as sharp.. This is in build mode.

This screenshot was taken out of build mode.

I would like to know how to make the quality super duper just like how the youtubers have it. I got a brand new PC! It should be looking crisp and clear .-.
