Graphical glitch in gallery and UI

Ever since I installed Realm of Magic, I've been experiencing weird glitches in game, though they don't affect actual gameplay and the game runs just fine. For example, the trait slots in CAS are green squares, the close buttons are all green dots, and when I hover over things in the gallery, it turns green. I've attached a picture of some of the issues. I tried repairing my game, but nothing was fixed.

The only "issue" I had was when I first installed Realm of Magic, it crashed and gave me the error "unable to start: can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system". I restarted the game and it worked fine after that except this graphical issue. I updated my graphics driver, thinking that could be the issue, but the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Thank you, that's apparently the issue. I had just updated and fixed all my mods and CC - or so I thought.
