Gome won't start after downloading. Downloaded on EA play and Origin

So I have gotten a new laptop and I wanted to play the Sims 4. I keep getting this issue when I try to boot it for the first time. First tried EA play app because it's better. Didn't work. Try only base game didn't work. So I downloaded Origin to install the game and still the same issue. Here is a picture of the issue I am having.

@ClosingRacer0  Have you added any content at all to the game: mods or custom content, Reshade or another overlay, or anything else that didn't come directly from Origin or the EA App?  If so, please remove it and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, please let me know what antivirus you use, if any.
